Mines but More - 30 Oct Update

Added the option to play smaller-sized boards (15x17).  Makes for a shorter game, or less punishing when you make a stupid misclick.

All the game modes are available with both sides board and the difficulty should be roughly the same (small boards should be a bit easier since the number of mines is rounded down and the ratio to edge & center squares is higher).
